Announcing the Ultimate Builder Competition: Show Off Your Creativity and Win Big!
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new monthly Ultimate Builder competition, offering a combined prize pool of $2,000 in PYR! Whether you’re a master architect in VulcanVerse or a creative genius in MetaScapes, this competition is for you. Each month, we’ll be looking for the best builds, with $1,000 in PYR up for grabs in each game. This follows the success and truly amazing builds we saw submitted for our VulCon4 building competition and the regular fun generated from the Vulcan Building Inspectorate (VBI) challenges!
Our Ultimate Builder Competition for July begins on Monday 8th July, with submissions closing at 1pm UTC on Thursday 25th July.
Prize Distribution
Each month, the top 5 builders (as voted for) in both MetaSscapes and VulcanVerse will be rewarded as follows:
- 1st Place: $500 in PYR
- 2nd Place: $300 in PYR
- 3rd Place: $100 in PYR
- 4th Place: $50 in PYR
- 5th Place: $50 in PYR
Builder Competition Special Raffle
To encourage participation, we’re also holding a monthly raffle. Everyone who submits a build will be entered, and one lucky participant will win an NFT – which? You’ll have to wait and see..
How to Submit Your Build
Submitting your build is easy:
- Share your build on X (formerly Twitter) providing My Forge username and the plot coordinates if it’s a VulcanVerse build (you’ll find them in game under the mini-map, something like “96.101”).
- Tag @VulcanForged.
- Use the hashtags #ForgeYourWorld and #Metaverse to draw attention to our dynamic building tools and assets.
- Include a walkthrough video of your build, with a maximum length of 30 seconds. Videos are more engaging than screenshots and allow us to see your creation in all its glory. Unsure how? Some methods: Xbox Game Bar, OBS, NVIDIA ShadowPlay.
Voting Process
We’ve learned from previous competitions and are improving our voting process to ensure fairness and transparency. This time, the community will have a say:
- Players can vote using a dedicated poll.
- To prevent multiple votes from the same user and brigading, we are looking to implement a fair voting process, by way of a poll system in My Forge. To vote, you’ll need to have played the games – identified by users meeting an XP threshold for both VulcanVerse and MetaScapes. This ensures that only genuine community members can vote.
Note – the team will have the final say on whether a build appears in our poll list. For example, if someone digs a hole, or builds a little hill and does nothing more, it’s unlikely that build will make the poll even if submitted correctly – so be creative!

Our building tools in VulcanVerse and MetaScapes are among the most dynamic and versatile in the metaverse. The builder competition is your chance to showcase your creativity, gain recognition in the community, and win amazing prizes. We’ll likely run the competition until the 25th of each month, with two days of community polling to follow before winners are announced.
