The Elysium gas migration to native PYR continues to move forward, with major ecosystem services now back online and operating on the new PYR infrastructure.
Here’s the latest status update and answers to some of the most common questions from the community.
Elysium Swap Returns
Elysium Swap is now live.
A dedicated PYR (ERC-20) to Native PYR swap option has been added, allowing users to convert their existing ERC-20 PYR into native PYR directly within their wallet. Look for the PYR Swap button at the top of the page.

A new swap pool has also been deployed. Liquidity will be added over time and further announcements will be made as this progresses.
Elysium Bridge Returns
The Elysium Bridge is now fully operational with native PYR support.
Users can bridge PYR between:
- Elysium
- Ethereum
- Polygon

Agora Returns
Agora is now back online.
Users should note that trading on Agora now requires wrapped PYR (wPYR).
This is because Agora’s smart contracts interact with ERC-20 compatible tokens and cannot directly process native PYR.
Users can convert native PYR into wPYR through the available swap functionality.
This follows the same principle previously used with wrapped ELY and is standard practice across EVM-compatible blockchains.

MyForge Returns
MyForge is now live and fully integrated with native PYR on Elysium.
Completed Updates
All systems previously using ERC-20 PYR have now been migrated to native PYR.

Reward Flows Temporarily Disabled
As part of the transition to a new gaming reward economy, all reward mechanisms that previously distributed ELY have been temporarily disabled.
Affected systems include:
- ELY Bank
- Referrals Page
- VPC
- LAVA Share while renting land
- Game ELY Rewards
As ELY has now been retired and replaced by PYR as the native Elysium gas coin, these reward systems are being redesigned as part of a new gaming rewards economy before being reintroduced.
Land Staking Eligibility Reminder
As Land Staking rewards return, today’s reward distribution (Thurs 11 June) is being processed using the previously eligible user data before the migration.
From tomorrow (Fri 12 June) onwards, rewards will once again be distributed according to the established eligibility requirements, including XP thresholds and all other validation checks.
Users who do not currently meet the required eligibility criteria will not receive Land Staking rewards until they become eligible.
This marks a return to the standard Land Staking reward system following the Elysium gas migration period.

What is the status of the ELY to PYR conversion?
The second batch of ELY to PYR conversions is scheduled to be distributed today.
I still see ELY in MyForge. What happens to it?
The ELY currently held in MyForge will be converted to PYR.
A new MyForge flow is being added that will allow users to claim the PYR equivalent of their cold ELY balance using the established conversion ratio of 850 ELY to 1 PYR.
When will V-Drip be live again?
V-Drip will go live this week.
What happens when I claim V-Drip rewards?
Users will receive the new native PYR rewards.
What happens when I claim Land Staking rewards?
Users will receive the new native PYR rewards.
What happens if I unstake land?
Users who unstake or withdraw from Land Staking will receive native PYR.
Do I need to update MetaMask?
The MetaMask network update has already been approved.
Users should now see the option to update their network configuration from ELY to PYR.
When will transaction fees be reduced to 0.1 PYR?
Reducing transaction fees remains part of the roadmap.
The immediate priority is ensuring all systems remain stable following the migration before further improvements are introduced.
