Getting Started with VulcanX Everything
Your Guide to Quests, Chests, Shards and Weekly PYR Rewards
Welcome to VulcanX Everything.
If you’ve just arrived, you’re in the right place.
Everything brings together the entire Vulcan Forged ecosystem into a single experience, where games, quests, rewards, NFTs, trading and community all work together. Instead of moving between multiple websites and reward systems, Everything puts it all in one place.
Whether you’re here to play games, collect NFTs, compete on leaderboards or earn weekly PYR rewards, this guide will help you get started.
Step 1 — Connect Your Wallet
Your wallet is your identity inside VulcanX Everything.
There are no usernames or separate accounts to create. Simply connect your wallet and Everything automatically creates your profile, giving you immediate access to the dashboard.
From there you can explore every feature of the dApp, including games, quests, trading, staking, Agora, leaderboards and more.
When you’re ready to begin earning rewards, you can activate a Frenzy Pass.
Step 2 — Activate Your Frenzy Pass
Every user can access the full dApp. A Frenzy Pass simply activates reward eligibility, allowing you to earn chests, shards and compete for weekly rewards.
Your Frenzy Pass unlocks the ability to earn reward chests while completing activities across the ecosystem.
Without a Frenzy Pass you can still enjoy many parts of the ecosystem and play supported games, but you won’t earn the chests that feed into the weekly reward system.
A Frenzy Pass costs 30 PYR and remains active for 28 days.
Think of it as your entry ticket into Everything’s reward economy.
From the Dashboard you’ll find everything in one place, including games, the Quest Board, VulcanX trading, Agora, staking, token swaps, leaderboards and your profile.
New to the ecosystem? The built-in Faucet can provide starter tokens to help you begin transacting.
Step 3 — Complete Quests
Now it’s time to start playing.
Throughout the week you’ll find quests that reward participation across Vulcan Forged.
These may include activities such as:
- Playing supported games
- Trading NFTs
- Exploring ecosystem features
- Completing gameplay objectives
- Participating in community events
- Other ecosystem challenges
As you complete quests, you’ll earn reward chests.
Chests come from:
- quests
- game milestones
- staking
- trading
The more active you are, the more opportunities you’ll have to collect them.
Step 4 — Open Your Chests
This is where the excitement begins.
Every chest contains a reward.
Most contain shards, while some may also include:
- Runner power-ups
- NFTs
- Larger shard rewards
Every chest opening is a surprise.
Some rewards help you progress immediately, while others may become valuable additions to your collection.
Step 5 — What Are Shards?
Shards are one of the biggest new additions to VulcanX Everything.
They’re not another cryptocurrency.
They’re not PYR.
They’re not something you buy or trade.
Instead, shards are your weekly competitive score.
Every shard you collect improves your position on the weekly shard leaderboard.
The higher you climb, the larger your share of the weekly PYR reward pool can become.
The journey is simple:
Complete Quests → Earn Chests → Reveal Shards → Climb the Leaderboard → Earn PYR
One important thing to remember:
Shards reset every Monday.
Each week begins with a fresh competition and a brand new opportunity to climb the rankings.
Step 6 — Weekly Leaderboards
Leaderboards now play a much bigger role throughout the ecosystem.
Doing well in supported games doesn’t just earn bragging rights.
Strong leaderboard finishes can also reward bonus chests, giving you even more opportunities to reveal shards and improve your weekly position.
Every game has its own leaderboard, and VulcanX Trading has one too. Performing well earns additional shards, all of which flow into the final shard leaderboard. It’s this final leaderboard that determines your share of the weekly PYR reward pool.
Skill and activity now work together.
Playing well helps.
Playing consistently helps even more.
Step 7 — How Weekly PYR Rewards Work
Throughout the week, the community competes for a share of the weekly PYR reward pool.
As players earn shards, the leaderboard constantly updates.
At the end of the week, the reward pool is divided according to each player’s contribution.
In simple terms:
Your PYR reward depends on the proportion of total shards you’ve earned that week.
The more shards you collect relative to everyone else, the larger your share of the pool.
Once rewards have been distributed, the weekly competition resets and a new week begins.
Alongside rewards and games, Everything also introduces a social layer where you can add friends, create groups, chat with other players and share your progress.
Step 8 — Discover Useful NFTs
Some reward chests contain NFTs.
These aren’t simply collectibles.
The vision behind Everything is to create NFTs with genuine utility throughout the ecosystem.
Depending on the reward, NFTs may unlock gameplay features, provide progression opportunities, enhance cosmetic customisation or play an important role in future Vulcan Forged experiences.
As Everything continues to evolve, so too will the utility of the NFTs you collect.
